Ordering

Ordering treats from Jules Bakery is easy. Call us at 319.447.0943 to speak with one of our experts. Don't worry if you need cake at the last minute, we may still be able to help. You can e-mail your order but if you do not receive a confirmation, you might want to call the store.  NOTE: if you have a rush order with less than 24 hour notice, please use the telephone since we may not receive your e-mail in time.  Student care packages click here

Corporate orders are just as easy. Call us ahead to have your order ready. Delivery is available for our corporate clients with a minimum order of $80. A small delivery fee will be included in your price. Home delivery is not available but shipping is!

Nearly everything we bake is suitable for shipping, with the exception of our buttercream cakes. Cookies, brownies, breads and cheesecakes ship nicely. Our signature Kringle is perfect for shipping to clients or friends. It's better if you ship treats fresh on the day we bake, with the exception of cheesecakes. These ship better straight from our freezer.  We also recommend shipping cheesecakes overnight. Unfortunately, we do not have our shopping cart set up on our web site yet so we ask that you rely on the old fashion process of phone to place your order.

We don't ship from our shop, but we can help you pack and give advice on the shipping process.

Let's face it. Everybody loves to be fed. We take the fuss out of planning meetings and special events by providing a delightful menu of treats. View samples of celebration cakes in our photo album or design your own to meet your business needs. 

Client Appreciation – say thank you with a sweet gift that receives instant appreciation. Sweet treats are an inexpensive and extraordinarily effective way to say “thank you.” Send a cheesecake to potential new customers and to your long-standing customers. Take a basket of variety desserts to your best client and enjoy watching the gratification come over them. Deliver a silver tray of cookies to your local accounts. You will be amazed at the response you receive. If you have clients out of town, let's talk about shipping special sweets for an added touch. 

Team Celebrations  - With each milestone we reach in life or work, it is important for our well being to celebrate. Whether it is an employee’s birthday, retirement, employment anniversary, or team achievement, Jules Bakery will help you make your event memorable. Cakes, pastries or other treats give your event that extra touch of “personal.” Ask us about showing your corporate logo on cakes and cookies. 

Meetings - Staff meetings, client meetings, board of directions... everyone appreciates being served food. Make your meetings more inviting and extraordinarily special with sweet dessert trays of cookies or brownies from Jules Bakery. Or serve a cake with your logo prominently displayed on top. 

Convenience - With a corporate billing account, all you have to do is phone in your order and have someone stop by the bakery to pick it up. They will sign the invoice and deliver a copy to your accounting department. If you prefer, we do accept VISA and Mastercard. Delivery is available for corporate orders of $80 or more for an additional charge. 

Standing Orders - Many of our clients find it very convenient to place standing orders. Weekly staff meetings, employee birthdays or holiday celebrations are only a few events that we can supply goodies. To change your order to fit the holiday time or number of people being served, just call us a week in advance. 

Establish an Account Today - Setting up an account is fast and convenient. We need the following information on your company’s letterhead:

• Company Name
• Parent Corporation (or name of company issuing payments)
• Address(es) of the above
• Telephone number of the above
• Person responsible for ordering - name and phone number
• Person responsible for issuing payment – name and phone number
• Fax numbers for all of the above

We require that you pay your balances monthly. Statements are sent the first week of each month and are due 15 days from receipt. Alternatively, if your payment procedures are to pay for each invoice shortly after they are received, we will gladly accept prompt payment. No statements are issued for balances of $0.00.
