Now we're baking! We go beyond the traditional cake with a large selection of our upscale tortes and desserts. We love to experiment and we love to bake customized desserts for our clients. You never know, we may even name the creation after you. Most require a 5-day notice. Banana Split Cake - Bring back that old time flavor of your favorite dessert in cake! Banana cake, layered with strawberry preserves, chocolate ganache and whipped cream. Of course it's all topped with cherries, we wouldn't accept anything less. 8" cake $28 Black Forest Cake – chocolate sponge and cherries, topped with whipped cream and more cherries. 8 inch round. $28 Boston Cream Pie – is anything but pie – Yellow sponge with delicious pastry cream and drizzled with chocolate glaze. $26 Chocolate Beauty – rich and dense dark chocolate cake smothered under raspberries and chocolate ganache. $30 Chocolate Goddess - Oh my! Chocolate Indulgence - a dense chocolate cake filled to perfection with chocolate buttercream, smothered with more chocolate ganache. A true chocolate connoisseur's pleasure and so popular we always have one available. $28
Coffee Renoir - a French tradition, sometimes called Paris Brest. Puff pastry, choux pastry combined with rich handmade pastry cream is topped with a coffee icing for a uniquely European flair. Rich but worth every bite. Ordered in a large cake to serve 8 ($30) or individually for $4. German Chocolate Cake – an all time favorite with hand made pecan icing between layers of sweet chocolate and garnished with ganache rosettes. $28
Hazelnut Gateau – Our #1 signature dessert is chocolate and vanilla cakes between with layers of dense chocolate mousse and hazelnut buttercream then smothered in creamy ganache. $32 Hazelnut
Espresso Torte – a
flourless torte on a chocolate shortbread base that is a chocolate and coffee
lovers ecstasy. 9 inch round. $30
Petite Fours – Created with a buttery white sponge, layered in either raspberry or chocolate fillings, coated with our hand-made marzipan and draped in sweet white fondant. $2.35 each Pink
Champagne Cake – Our most requested special celebration cake - We start
with a moist white base and add the zip, zest and zing of pink champagne. 8 inch
round. $28 Princess Cake - An east and west coast favorite now comes to the Midwest. Layers of white cake, raspberry filling, mounds of whipped cream, all caught under a blanket of hand made marzipan. $30 Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Torte - Raspberry torte with waterfalls of chocolate ganache over raspberry buttercream. $28 Raspberry

light and moist 3-inch raspberry petite cakes glazed in rich dark chocolate.
Perfect for individual servings at teas and showers. Strawberry Torte - It's
the upscale version of a classic strawberry shortbread. We use our fabulously
vanilla white cake and fill it with whipped cream and strawberry puree over and
